If you order by 1pm, we will ship your order the same day on a next day delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st Class post.(week-ends excepted).

We use Royal mail for most deliveries, although we sometimes use UPS if you choose that or if it is a larger order. Royalmail 1st class is a next day service about 96% of the time, but it may take an extra day to some highland and island areas.

Use the tracking box on the left to track your delivery progress if you chose a trackable service.

International Cashmere Deliveries

For international deliveries we use either Royalmail Signed For or UPS. Delivery times and costs depend on the country. Within Europe the delivery time is about 3-5 working days. Outside Europe it is 5-12 working days. The price depends on the size and weight of the items ordered and will be displayed at the checkout after you have entered your delivery address. The good thing is that cashmere is lightweight and doesn’t take up too much space, so our international shipping rates are incredibly cheap.

You are also welcome to arrange your own courier to come and collect your rug from our warehouse, although in this case the responsibility for delivery passes to the customers as soon as your order is collected.
