Easy Returns

We understand that different screens show slightly different colours, so you may want to order 2 items and send one back to be sure to get the colour you want. This is fine with us.

You can return anything within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked. It must be in an unused condition. I.e. pashminas which come back smelling of perfume or smoke or clearly having been used will be returned to the customer (probably not you, but there are people doing this!)

Please use a recorded service, such as Royalmail 1st class recorded. If something doesn’t arrive to us and it was not sent with a trackable service there is not a lot we can do.

When returning your pashmina or cashmere knitwear, please include the following information:
1) Your Name
2) Order Number
3) Phone Number
4) A message saying what you want us to do (refund, exchange etc.)


You can still return your order within 30 days of delivery, but we will only refund 80% of the total price. If you have any questions, please contact us.

In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with an item that we send to you, or you receive something other than what you ordered, then we will obviously pay for the return shipping or send a courier to collect . Just send us a picture to get things moving.
